Making the Most of Summer Produce

As much as I love cooking and sharing, the last few months have been particularly strange for me as someone who loves to learn from others. So even though it is looking like it will still be months before we can have a proper guest back in the kitchen, I am determined to keep learning from experts and bringing them to you! A little technology can go a long way!

Our first virtual guest is truly one of my favorite writers (and people). Yasmin Fahr’s recipes always somehow seem to fit into my beloved intersection of interesting but easy. And her new book, Keeping it Simple is full of exactly those kinds of recipes, all in one pot, ready to make your dinner easier.

So we caught up with Yasmin to get her take on making the most of our summer produce. When the produce is so bountiful and perfect how do we keep it interesting while staying simple?
