Boozy Milkshakes

Milkshakes are great, but they can be even better with a bit of spirits added. We learned two recipes to get you started

Pretty in Pink Float

3 oz rosé wine

1 oz Aperol liqueur

1 scoop strawberry ice cream

seltzer

Measure the wine and Aperol into a pint or sundae glass. Fill 2/3 of the way to the top with seltzer, then gently add the scoop of ice cream.

Rock & Rye Shake

1.5 oz Mister Katz's Rock & Rye

1 oz sour cherry purée

3 scoops coffee ice cream

whipped cream & cherry for garnish

Blend the Rock & Rye, cherry purée, and ice cream together in a blender until smooth. Top with fresh whipped cream and a cherry.
