A Mexican Cocktail Twist

Across Mexico you'll find the delicious fermented pineapple beverage called tepache. But what happens when you turn it into a cocktail? We went to Betony to find out - and bonus points for the fact that if you don't want to make it yourself you can give back. It is the signature cocktail at Taste of the Nation, benefiting No Kid Hungry. If that isn't a winning combo we don't know what is.
